You may book our services through our website, phone, or email. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. Accepted payment methods include:

All rates, fees, and terms of payment will be communicated during the booking process. Failure to pay may result in service cancellation and/or additional charges.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We require a minimum of [24–48] hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee. No-shows or last-minute cancellations may be charged the full-service amount.

We strive to deliver high-quality cleaning services using professional staff and cleaning products. However, we do not guarantee that our services will meet every customer’s individual expectation.

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, please notify us within 24 hours so we can attempt to resolve the issue promptly. Your satisfaction is important to us.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SPL Cleaning Service LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of property, income, or data, arising from your use of our services or website.
